We focus on proper biomechanics for a safe and well-structured class that can be modified for ANY fitness level. Bootybarre was created by celebrity trainer Tracey Mallett in 2009, who has taken Bootybarre to over 25 different countries and taught thousands of instructors who now teach Bootybarre in studios and spas globally. Shape and Fitness Magazine awarded Bootybarre the workouts of the month and has been featured in Self, Redbook, Cosmopolitan, Health, Oxygen, Womens Health, Prevention and many more!

barre 365 logoBarre365 : Barre365 was created out of a love for dance, barre exercises, and overall fitness.  We wanted to create a barre class where each movement is specifically matched with the music.  Song cues and choreography are essential elements in each Barre365 class.  Unique from other barre programs, we feel choreographed classes provide participants with the greatest success.  Students returning to Barre365 classes will be able to focus more on form and function to achieve maximum results. Barre365 is a barre exercise class designed to create long, lean muscles while having fun with movements matched to music.  Targeting the upper body, legs, glutes and core, each component of the format focuses on specific muscle groups.  Fun and inspiring music makes the workout unique, bringing the attention of how each movement corresponds to the music.  Classical ballet exercises, positions & techniques are utilized to help obtain the desired dancer’s physique.  The class is designed for all body types and ages by providing modifications when needed.  Barre365 is an inclusive class that provides the participants an effective workout while having fun! Barre H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training):  These are 40 minute Classes which involve a barre exercise, backed with a cardio exercise. These classes are designed for increased fat and calorie burn in a shorter period of time. Sneakers are needed. Any exercise level can attend this class, as modifications are offered!

Feeling a little hesitant, or want that confidence boost you need to get into bootybarre or any of the fun classes offered? This class is made for you! Our goal at Body English Barre is to make sure there is a fun and safe class for every body type that will help you bring your fitness goals to the next level and help you achieve your personal best.

Dance and Shake your way into a smaller pants size.  All classes are taught the same Zumba fitness routines which are handpicked by management. Beginner Dance Fitness: This class is for the older adult or those who are brand new to dance fitness. Our zumba Fitness classes are moderate to high intensity. If you feel like you need some work on coordination, speed, and endurance please start with this class!

Start your weekend of right with our Saturday 8:30am Yoga class taught by Yoga Specialist Dana Darnell.

Pole classes are spin and gymnastic based. This is a serious workout that requires the participant to be able to get on the floor. Anyone with back, hip or knee problems will need permission to participate.

LEVEL 1: This is a beginner’s Pole class that focuses on building strength, flexibility and proper muscle engagement. Once individuals can do all spins and floor work properly on both sides, they can start level 2!

LEVEL 2: Students can work on climbing the pole, inverting and also strength related exercises to doing tricks on the pole.

Fitness 55: These classes were created to keep our older adults active and healthy! These classes can be done seated or standing and work on endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility. These workouts are tailored for those 55 years of age and older with music individuals of this age group enjoy! Anyone who qualifies for Silver Sneakers can do some of these classes for free.

Beginner Dance Fitness: This class is for the older adult or those who are brand new to dance fitness. Our zumba Fitness classes are moderate to high intensity. If you feel like you need some work on coordination, speed, and endurance please start with this class!
